I performed the LBROTP and forgot the Archangel behind me- so did it over, then did STAR RUBY then cast a TAROT for the day and got 10 of cups "Satiety"
All week I and we have avoided alcohol and cigarettes with no apparent residual withdrawal- I have smoked my pipe in car while traveling on two occasions, flake tobacco very dry. Bought it last March
Work is all consuming - but time is time and this is this.
I wrote in journal the Tarot- and am going between journal and THIS- with he hope that I empty more of myself into my journal by doing THIS electronic journal- so Im in an in between.
When I am away from my non electric journal I will post here and copy it down later.

Do what thou wilt shall be the whole of the Law
I have not been getting up at 5am which is the usual, it seems I need a way to break free from my daily practice of pranayama and set up my temple for more astral work, scrying and so forth, to become " lighter than air" and also to work on my Pantacle, and the practice of Liber Pyramidos so I can do a smooth Ritual of THAT. Now the other thing is that this is the week in which I have,and this extends to Christine, stopped daily drinking of wine after work, as we fall into the same trap ( ie watching a video reading a little and going to bed, )and with less emphasis on my own emotional attention in regards to our relationship which is very important. In any event the reopening of the " blog" may be just the thing to get me communicating in my Magick Journal- which this is an extension of. I am doing a class on Liber O , part three which is the Pentagram and Hexagram invoking and banishing rituals and focused on that day by day. AH and the Job is so very busy I need an assistant, but HR can not be relied upon I may have to take matters into my own hands. The day is rainy
