I have not been getting up at 5am which is the usual, it seems I need a way to break free from my daily practice of pranayama and set up my temple for more astral work, scrying and so forth, to become " lighter than air" and also to work on my Pantacle, and the practice of Liber Pyramidos so I can do a smooth Ritual of THAT.  Now the other  thing is that this is the week in which I have,and this extends to Christine, stopped daily drinking of wine after work, as we fall into the same trap ( ie watching a video reading a little and going to bed, )and with less emphasis on my own emotional attention in regards to  our relationship which is very important.  In any event the reopening of the " blog" may be just the thing to get me communicating in my Magick Journal- which this is an extension of.   I am doing a class on Liber O , part three which is the Pentagram and Hexagram invoking and banishing rituals and focused on that day by day. AH and the Job is so very busy I need an assistant, but HR  can not be relied upon I may have to take matters into my own hands.  The day is rainy
